The PM 6 is heading out from the Port of Manistee with a ship full of residents out for a days trip on the Big Lake Michigan. The boat was eventually sold, cut back down to the steam barge it was originally constructed as and in 1936 the boat was burned on the lake by the City of Manitowoc as part of their Centennial Celebration. Note to researchers, I do not maintain genealogy information on families outside of my own at this time, anything I have is already on the websites. Your best chance is to contact other family researchers and find information by posting some of your family information sites such as Vanished Ludington or Mason COunty Genealogy on Facebook.I do not provide research services. Historic White Pine Village can help you in that area.
